How long until my invitation is ready?
You receive the editor link by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you have your details and photos handy, you can publish the same day. We don't charge rush fees or urgency surcharges.
How does my purchase work?
You choose a package and design, and pay. We email you the link to our editor, where you fill in your details and upload your photos while seeing how it looks. When it's ready, you publish it and share the link on WhatsApp.
Can I see the design before buying?
Yes. Every design has an interactive demo you can open from your phone, exactly as your guests will see it.
Can I make changes after publishing?
Yes. Classic includes 1 change, Elegant 3, and Exclusive unlimited changes. Once published, the content is locked to avoid mistakes; you request the change from the invitation itself and our team publishes it.
How long will my invitation stay online?
Up to 3 months after your wedding date with Classic, 6 months with Elegant and 12 months with Exclusive.
How do my guests RSVP?
Elegant and Exclusive include RSVP with a dashboard where you see the responses, split by ceremony and reception. With Classic, you can add it as an add-on at checkout.
What is the personalized link and QR pass?
With Exclusive, each guest receives their own link with their name and the number of seats reserved for them, plus a pass with a QR code for entry. You also get an Excel-exportable report with RSVPs, messages and song requests.
How does the photo album work?
With Exclusive, your guests upload their party photos using a QR code: up to 100 photos, available for 10 days after the event. With the Extended album add-on it's 500 photos and 30 days.
What happens to my guests' data?
Your guest list, their responses and their messages are yours: only you and the couple can see them.
